Douglas Auto body & Paint

My volvo V70 has got hit at the left fender, and they did a great job to replace the fender and make it look like new. I obtained a couple of quota from others, but this one looks reasonable. I was told they need 4 days to repair my car when I dropped off, on the third day I got phone call from the estimator that my car was ready to pick up. The final bill was exactly same as the estimation.

Got there, was shown the part that needed to be replaced. They asked if I could wait for one hour for the repair. I drove out exactly one hour later for the $150 they initially quoted. Staff was professional, friendly, explained the repairs, and made it a good to great experience.

I was driving on the freeway, heard a loud sound inside my door, and suddenly, my window banged down into the door - I could not make the window go back up. I called a couple of places that evening; next morning I called Douglas who told me to come on in.

I really mean it, Douglas not only does the work so well, as well as it is possible, they are on time, they give the car so clean and the office is so welcoming. All of the staff seems to be part of a big family and they all help each other out and that is why I always get my questions answered and also trust them with the car and everything in the process. I would refer anyone with any type of car or personality to Douglas. Thanks guys, you make things much easier!

Aside from being a wonderful body shop, this place is beautiful! I've been there for 3 times over the past year and I love it so much because the workers are so nice and the environment is lovely. They have nice couches, a big screen TV, fresh coffee, and a vending machine for snacks so that it's always comfortable and cozy. The front desk girl is sweet, and Mike (an estimator at the shop) has always been very helpful, welcoming, and informative! Never going to another body shop again.

This shop is great. The people are really nice and helpful. I used to own a 2005 Chrysler 300. It was involved in 3 accidents when I owned it. 1. I was backed into in a parking lot. They replaced the door skin on it and painted it. It was a perfect match. 2. I was T boned and they did a great job. Once again, perfect match. 3. Side swiped on the 10 fwy by a drunk driver. They fixed it and it looked brand new. A year later I sold the car to Carmax and the guy that examined my car couldn't find any trace of an accident. They gave me over 10,000 for the car. Thank you Douglas Auto Body for doing a job better than a dealership could do. I will be recommending everyone I know to your shop.

This body shop was on the list of approved shops by my insurance company. I would like to put in a good word for Arshak, the Collision Specialist. He is not out to swindle you or to fatten the company's bottom line. He will discuss alternatives that will help you to save money and will not use substandard parts. I found him to be honest person with whom to work.

Talk about being pampered. When the Volvo was wrecked, they gave a realistic estimate to the insurance. Wayne, our service rep walked us through, helped me with the stuff in/out of the old car (removing bike racks), etc. Went back with our Saab 9-3 and they did a great job again. Customer support was great from start to finish.

I have had bad experiences with repair shops in the past so I am always a little cautious. Not here! They did an excellent job on two separate occasions, once for a front bumper repair, and again for a back bumper repair. The car looks like new, and I am truly impressed. The service is great. The work is great. The price is comparable to or better than competitors'.

I learnd about Douglas Auto Body & Paint here at insiderpages.com, and decided to take in my overpriced SUV to re-repair a bad repair job of a minor dent. Suffice it to say that I very strongly recommend them. Their customer service is excellent, their estimates are reasonable and accurate, and the quality of their job was top notch. This is a family-owned business, and they treat you that way.

I definitely recommend this Body Shop. I went here after I got in a car accident, and they did a great job fixing my rear bumper. Plus, the mechanics were very honest and told me that they noticed that the prior shop work I'd had done was not a good job. I was completed satisfied with the work. They were great about taking my car insurance and getting me a rental car. Luckily, the place is conveniently located near an Enterprise Rent-a-Car shop. Also, the salesman was so nice that he offered to do free touch ups on my paint while my car was in the shop. I would definitely go back to this place for repair work.
