Don Bricker has an excellent selection of rental properties if you are planning a trip to Cambria . There were 12 of us and they found us a spectacular home that was close to town and had an amazing view to the ocean.

I was delighted when another agency referred me to Don Bricker for a last minute Thanksgiving rental in Cambria.

The house was perfect, everything went smoothly. I was assured that the security deposit would be mailed to me within 3 weeks.

It is now 8 weeks later, and even though I have spoken with their office every week, I still have not got my refund. It seems that only the accountant can do that, and she is never there when I call, and she is not contactable in any way.

BTW, I am a middle aged lady, and traveled with my husband and mother in law. We left the place in perfect order.

I loved the vacation rental, and the fact that we were able to get a last minute Thanksgiving weekend rental.

I was assured that my security deposit would be refunded within 3 weeks. 8 weeks later, I am still waiting. I have called every week, and been politely assured that the accountant has to deal with it, that she is not there and cannot be contacted, and that it will be taken care of....and yet, it is not.

We are a couple in our 50s, traveling with mother in law. Not the party type - left the house in perfect order.

I was hoping we had found a place we could return to frequently.
