Keys and things is definitely the place to go to when you need an extra set of mail box, house, garage etc... keys. I have always had nothing but great service over the years. The keys always work and I've never had to return any that I have purchased. The two guys that work there are great but the older gentlemen is definitely more customer friendly. My only complaint is the long lines but that doesn't bother me much because they do a terrific job
