Hollywood Video

I love their selection of movies, and its very rare that they dont have a copy of the most current movies in stock. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The negative I have experienced here repeatedly, is that they often dont check in your movies for you in a timely manner. You are told at your next visit that your movies were late and you have a fine. This happened to me THREE times in a row here. They were very nice about and took off my fines, but now I make sure to watch them check in my movies so I have no future surprises.

My wife has a/c with hollywood video and she complains about the customer service all the time becoz of coupons we got from buying a dvd players. she says they tend to be impatient when processing coupons which was issued by hollywoods video themselves !!!!

Hollywood Video has always had good prices and a big selection of videos. They also have great prices on used and older movies. The store is clean and it is nice that you do not need to have a Hollywood card anymore rather just show your drivers license. The store does have a small parking area but the people have always been nice which makes up for that.
