This comment has nothing to do with services rendered. Several years ago my brother called his insurance company to give a change of address and they refused to update his info because he supposedly had an outstanding credit car debt. My brother had no idea his insurance company even offered a credit card. They advised him that their files showed he was Veterinarian from CO and had had an excellent payment record until all of a sudden the payments stopped. Well, my brother owns a small company that doesn't even clear $25,000 a year, has never lived in CO, does not have the same middle initial, date of birth or last four numbers of the social security number, nor is he the same age. The insurance company had been insuring my brother since he was 16, so they really knew he was not the right person, but they took him to court anyway and the judge found him to be responsible for the debt and he was made to pay an almost $8,000 debt that belonged to a Dr Robert Redman, Veterinarian of CO. So, Dr Redman, if this is you, SHAME on you. You disgust me!

Beware!!! They like to charge you more than what you expected or they quoted you. Front lady was very unprofessional and did not show any interest whatsoever. Customer Service was definitely not a priority. Will not take my dog there any more. Vet seemed okay.
1On Thanksgiving Day, my Kitty got very sick with a urinary blockage. I took him to Northglenn Emergency on that evening, where they got him fixed up for the night. Unfortunately, I did not have the $1000 that they required for a more ??permanent? solution. I tried calling my regular vet but she was not available.
The following day, my mom brought my Kitty in to see you. You may remember my mom from a long-term relationship that you had with her beloved dog, who passed recently after a long bout with diabetes. She took my cat to you, even though I preferred my own vets clinic, because she trusted you and had received such good and loving treatment for her dog.
My Kitty had not been to your office before, but your office took VERY GOOD CARE of him and probably saved his life. For that, I will always be grateful.
I am writing this letter in part to say thank you for your wonderful treatment, but also to let you know that I have received word that your office staff was EXTREMELY RUDE to my mother, when it came to discussing the bill. Few of us have the disposable income, in this very tough economy, to pay an unexpected major expense such as a vet bill, or even a car repair bill for that matter. Money is tight.
While I realize that your office also runs a budget, and it is probably also tight, there was NO NEED for your office to be RUDE, and UNCOMPASSIONATE, and NASTY about the bill. My mother has been a customer of yours for several years, and would NEVER THINK of not paying you. The attitude of your office staff (I think her name is Deena?) was uncalled for and should in my opinion be working for a fly-by-night collection agency, NOT a veterinary service where customer service and compassion and kindness are ABSOLUTELY KEY TO RETURN BUSINESS AND WORD OF MOUTH REFERRALS.
If one of my employees behaved that way towards one of my customers, she would be out of a job.
Even though I think you are a wonderful vet, I will be taking ALL of my animals elsewhere from this point forward. Further, if anybody ever asks me for a referral, I will certainly send them elsewhere after telling them about my experience.

When my cat was very underweight, I brought him into Bridge Street Vet. The Vet and Techs were very nice, and was recommended a blood work. I was informed that the diagnostic and blood work would be separate charges, and I decided to go ahead have have the blood work. I was called three days later, only to be told that the clinic forgot to send in the blood, and they needed another sample.
The bloodwork came back negative, and I asked the Vet about doing a fecal, and the Vet stated he forgot about that and yes, he recommended getting one. At that point, he did not mention a cost, and I assumed, after spending $200, and since it had slipped his mind, it would of been included in the diagnostic. The Clinic had multiple opportunities to disclose to me the additional cost, when I called in for further instructions, dropped off, or got the phone call with the results. I never was given the opportunity to make the decision to proceed with the exam, knowing that there were additional charges.
I got a letter stating the cost, and went into the office on a Saturday. The woman that was behind the desk wasn't able to assist me and implied that it was stupid of me to assume that their was not an additional charge. I was told I would be called on Monday. I never received a phone call from the business.
I got a letter stating that "Since I have made no effort to resolve the outstanding bill, it would be sent to collections." I called the office, and the Dr. wouldn't even talk to me, or return my phone call. I asked that he make the situation right, by removing the fees. He declined stating services were completed.
Very disappointed with clinic and Dr, for not even making the effort to talk to me.

I was with Dr Redman for over 25 years. Would still be with him if I lived in Brighton. He saved my little guys life.
5We have been taking all of our dogs to Bridge Street for over 15 years! They are so great. They treat my dogs with respect and are very friendly. They take their time and explain everything to you. June, the receptionist, is the nicest lady. I highly recommend them. If you are able to get in with Dr. Redman, I like him a tad more than the other guy. However, both are are very good.

I took my dogs into Bridge street vet clinic yesterday for vaccines and a heartworm thing. They really knew what they were talking about. I had a few questions about the vaccines they were getting today and the receptionist, technician and Dr, explained them all the in great detail. This was very helpfull. It also showed the knowledge of all the staff members. They were honest about my dogs weight and told me how to help my dog lose weight. My dogs liked them a lot and so did I.

We took our newly adopted mutt to Bridge Street Vet Clinic for his free checkup. The vet told me absolutely nothing I didn't already know, didn't really have any idea about a specific behavior I asked him about, and when I asked about the dogs breed mix, he just repeated what I had told the person on the phone (which was a wild guess at the time). Since then, we have researched breeds quite a bit, and have a good idea of what he is. The vet was waaaaaaayyyyy off. When I asked how old the dog was, he asked me what the people at the shelter told me. I told him they said he was three, and the vet glanced at the dogs teeth and said, "Yeah, that's probably right." Not very confidence inspiring.
Yes, it was a free checkup. I guess I got what I paid for.
I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone that likes their animal.
The one good thing I can say is that they did call back promptly with the results from the fecal.
