Owner is an absolute horror. She was abrasive and sexually inappropriate in front of my daughter. My dog relieved himself the minute he left the building leaving me to believe the dogs had not been walked. I did not like the owner or the care she provided and I find it hard to believe that all the negative employee reviews are false. I won't be back, and would never recommend this place.

I am unclear why there are so many negative reviews of this boarding facility. TLC is a very nice, clean facility. The owner loves animals and it shows. We have been taking our dogs to her for almost 8 years from 2 night stays to 10 day stays. They have always run into her facility with tails wagging, thrilled to see the owner, Toni. They come home happy, fed, and clean. I'm not sure what else people could ask for?
The owner doesn't have patience for ignorant people but that is a good thing. It gives us the confidence that her employees are decent people, otherwise she wouldn't put up with them. I wouldn't want it any other way for our dogs (our children).
The bottom line is that we leave our dogs here with the comfort that they will be kept away from other dogs, that they will be respected and fed and played with and that they will come home healthy and clean.
All of these reviews about the owners personality are so out of line. Does TLC respect and board dogs and do it safely? Yes. I have recommended this facility and it has always received rave reviews from those I've told to try it.

Truth is people seem to love the owner. My experience is, she's abrasive, doesn't listen judging by the hack grooming job on my dog and my dog came home sick which cost me almost as much as her stay. In addition to her being sick, she started peeing in her crate; which leaves me to believe that she never left her cage at TLC Kennels. My poor choice to bring her there but hopefully my posting will save some one else from a similiar experience. I will never bring my dog to her again.
P.s. Tony, when some one comes to pick up their dog from you and you're jealous of the vacation that they just had it is not ok for you to say "you b*tch" even playfully when you don't know them. It's called being unprofessional and in my opinion simply rude!

I agree with katie and everyone else whos worked for her she is a crazy person horible to work for. cats stay locked up all day with no lights never came out to play and day care dogs never go out to play.shes a very contridicting person.All she cares about is how her place smells and how clean it looks.

just a very rude place to encounter, especially the owner! dogs are caged and cats are in the dark all day, All they care about is how perfectly clean the kennels and the floors have to be not about the clients that work for them feels about the neviroment of her sceaming at the top of her lungs at them. The owner thinks swearing is a total choke and is ok to be used, she never guessed if any of her clients that work for her where mourmen or or cathlic or any other relign and did not accept such fowel curseful language being said constantly. All i have to say is Tip: if she asks you to work their say no, because it will be the worst decision of your life. this is fully my opinion now it is up to you to make the descision. Thank You.

I have been looking over kennels for years for my animals without much luck, and then came across TLC. Toni loves the animals that come to her and this is the first time I went on vacation and my dogs did not come home stressed and disturbed. They were in great condition and I think anyone that knocks down Toni just is too darn sensitive, Toni has a fun personality that we enjoy so much. Her prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend TLC! Toni you're awesome!!!

On first look this sounded like an awesome place, Almost too good to be true. And thats how I found it, too good to be true! One first look this place was clean and everyone seemed very welcoming. But, as I saw more of the place unhappier I grew. Dogs in there kennels, not many toys to keep them company and only a blanket to keep them comfortable. Cats laying in the dark in there kennels. Didnt seem to welcoming of an enviornment for my animals so, I chose to take my business else where.

I dropped off our dog for boarding several times, and we've had great experiences. Toni is extremely knowledgeable in animal behavior and is completely devoted to the animals trusted in her care. I know our pet is in great hands.

I started bringing my lab, Oliver to TLC kennels last year after a bad experience at a kennel in Milford. What a nice surprise to know that your pet is in a clean healthy environment. the previous kennel i had used showed me their runs and i was so upset about leaving my dog there but at the time had no choice due to a family emergency on a holiday weekend. When i went into TLC the first thing i noticed was that you didn't smell anything. Toni brought me in to tour the facility (I didn't tell them i was comin) and it was so clean! I was at first concerned about my dog not being outside but at the end of the day for him to be in a clean safe environment gave me the peace of mind I needed when traveling. They play with the dogs and even let them hang out in the office. My dog has stayed there at least five times over the past year and I can absolutely say he comes home happy. There was one time that he came home and was a bit under the weather so i called Toni to see if anything was going around, she was concerned and showed compassion and even called back to check out how he was doing.I am glad i have found TLC and would not hesitate to recommend them!

So very nice.For the first time ever my dogs didn't come home with the runs or vomiting.They came home happy healthy little guys.I can't tell you how relieved I feel that I found a kennel where they welcome you to look in the back and to see how clean it is! And in this economy I think many people may be on a tight budget(I have two in college at the moment) and you can't beat her prices.Very reasonable! All I can say is we are so happy that Marley came home and is not sick or stressed in any way,shape or form.And they came home smelling like strawberries and cream:)They both are happy which makes my family very happy.Thank you toni xxoo

What can I say, I've been taking our "Chewie" to TLC for three years now and I do not have a single complaint....Actually, one time his haircut was not what I was used to and Toni had her staff redo it free of charge. Now that is customer service!When Chewie stays for vacations there he doesnt want to come home! Toni and Debbie are excellent, sweet and funny! I have recommended TLC over and over and will continue to do so. Thanks Gals! Keep up the good work! ;-)

I worked with Toni for a year as an apprentice groomer and LOVED her facility so much that my dad continued to bring the family dogs in for her services long after I had moved away. I now have them with me In Georgia and miss that family feel that TLC had. I have not seen the new facility but dear friends of ours board their dog with Toni all the time and said it is great. I'm so happy to see that she is continuing to do well in her life ( because this business IS Her life!) and I hope to visit the new place on my next trip home.

I have personally toured the facility and it is immaculate, no small feat in the animal care industry. Toni keeps her industrial-sized washer and dryer running continuously to make sure the bedding is always fresh. The kennel has a state-of-the-art ventilation system to help prevent airborne diseases. Soft classical music keeps the dogs calm. The runs are roomy and great care is given to ensure that the dogs are given attention and exercise during their stay. The staff truly loves animals and treat them as their own pets. As for Toni, I can say as a colleague and a friend that her lifetime of experience with dogs has made her the perfect person for this business. I have known her to keep timid dogs with her at her desk in order to reassure them throughout the day. She makes sure that dogs that don't like other dogs are kept apart. She has mentioned health concerns about my own dogs that I wasn't even aware of and I have sought her expert advice on many an occasion. If someone is complaining about their dog getting sick, I'd think their pet most likely was incubating when it arrived--Toni would NEVER ignore a sick animal. She has taken in numerous sick, abandoned dogs and given them a loving home. She is an ardent animal lover and I am very happy to entrust her with the care of our family's dogs and cats. With both "parents" working, it seemed harsh to leave her home in a crate all day and TLC was the perfect solution. In addition to her weekly daycare, she is boarded at TLC when we travel. She is fed, walked, cuddled & has playtime thoughout the day. Toni, Debbie & the rest of the staff are incredible. They may be outspoken & "animated" at times but are genuine nonetheless. I have no doubt they love our pup as much as we do & I highly recommend them.

Don't take your pets to this place, she has got a serious anger management problem, when my pet was returned to me he was covered in feces and urine, The place smelled bad, and when I asked Toni what the story was, she went ballistic! I went down to the Vet Clinic that she shares space with and they said that everyone complains about her, but their is nothing they can do because she has a lease and they are stuck with her! If you love your pets, don't take them here!

I have been boarding my cats and dog at TLC Kennels since they opened. I am so pleased with the care that my pets receive. My dog never looks back when I leave him! He is so happy to stay. He comes out looking happy and clean. I highly recommend TLC Kennels and I would not bring my dog anywhere else.

Unless you want your dogs in a run inside the entire stay. They are not taken out at all and daycare is a joke I could keep my dog home in her kennel and she would get the same care that she got at TLC. The owner is crude and rubbed us the wrong way. We will definitly be finding another kennel next year

that we have ever encountered! We have since met several people that have had bad experiences with her. It also turns out that this is the place that burned down with all the animals in it! If you love your pet, stay away!
