I received great service and my Oriental rug was beautifully cleaned. Their price for cleaning was much less then other cleaners. They completly launder the rug not just surface clean like in-home cleaners do.\r\n\r\nI give them my best rating. They are a 10!

Pros: In-plant rug cleaning - they dust, wash and rinse the rug - the fringes were cleaned beatifully.
Cons: I live to far from the company - I wish they had a rug cleaning plant near my home.
