Huge disappointment. I try to support the smaller brick and mortar stores when possible, but after dealing with them for months I have to say I will never give them any more of my business. They're quick to process your payment and then nothing. Communication is non-existent and there is zero follow through. You may as well be on your own. Where competitors can complete a job for an equal or lower price in a matter of days or weeks, Avalon takes months. And that's only if you continue to force them to follow up on material availability, scheduling, and overall job satisfaction. As I said earlier, they get their money and then they completely ignore you. Unfortunate disappointment.

Had a kitchen and dining area tiled by them. They made a mistake and pulled the rug up too much next to the tile. But they came and fixed it to my satisfaction right away. They have a nice selection of tile and carpeting.

We went here looking for flooring and there was a wide selection. The sales person was very helpful and explained the differences between the variety of wood flooring options.

I have had two bedrooms carpeted by Avalon. They have a nice selection in the store at a variety of price points. The best part, however, are the installers. They move all the furniture, take great care with everything and are in and out quickly. The rugs are laid excellently. I will continue to use them. BTW, the tile selection in the store is amazing.
