my boyfriend and i were moving into our new apartment and needed some new furniture for a fair price.. when we received a coupon in the mail for $100 off we thought we might as well give badcock a shot.. we were helped around the store and found a perfect living room set that would be in our budget (thanks to the coupon)... we got the furniture the next day . overall great experience

the in store rep and the dellivery person wr great. however one day after we noticed damage to our purchase. the next day i returned to the store and was told that they would send a service tech to repair my new purchased item. at which time i advised them i want a new item not a repair. i was then told that this was something minor. well maybe it was minor to them since it was my 1200 dollars. then i was told that my house is not in the regular route and i would have to wait another week to recieve a replaacement. i will not shop here again

The good is they have some great things in their store and they deliver within no time. But I recently got a tv from there and unf. within a couple of mths it went bad. I took it in on their warranty they gave and after getting it back it was only a few mths later and the buttons were falling off. I then called them and they were not willing to help after that. It was one prob. after another. Maybe it was just that certain tv. Not sure, but I also purchased a few other things and they were fine. I was happy with my other purchases and had no prob. with them. So you have the good and bad...
