Family Tires takes advantage of WOMEN and uses PHYSICAL INTIMIDATION ON WOMEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They tried to take advantage of my by giving me one price on the phone and another in the store, then refused me service when I voiced my opinion

No frills, just honest sales and service. Will not take advantage of you or nickle and dime you to death. Have been customer for almost 20 yrs and will not go anywhere else. I recommend to everyone.

I went to Family Tire for a second opinion when my dealer told me that I had to change 2 of the tires for a 2-year old car. Family Tire told me that it was totally unnecessary. Since then I became a regular customer. So far, the store has provided a great service at a very reasonable price. Check it out!

As a female going to buy tires is always daunting. I was told bymy dealer that 4 new tires were needed. This was not the case. I needed ZERO new tires and was told to come back in 6 months for maybe two new tires.
Prior to this, I had an allignment and brakes on other cars in our family, Always feel that I am getting the real story, safety first, at an excellent price.
I recommend them.

Buyer Beware , Anyone giving a good recommendation here must be family member! Avoid at all cost. The worst customer service. Dishonest diagnostics. Bills do not match quotes. And they do not honor warranties. All in two visits! Even an employee told me about the honor "he always acts like that , he is a real @$$hole!

I had a good customer service experience. They are
busy so they move each customer along and try to
explain things quickly. Honest and fair prices as mentioned. I have actually been talked out of things I
did not need. There are maybe 5 seats in the waiting area.
no coffee, etc. But the wait is usually short unless you
have major repair work. Staff is knowledgeable.

Seems like great prices until the bill is different than the quote and they already have the tires on the car. Zero customer service, be very careful or they will rip you off!!

I have been there on more than one occasion, don,t expect good customer service,but i feel you get a honest price.not a friendly place, but they do not try to force things on you that you do not need.

I have been buying tires from family tire for almost 20 Years. I have actually gone there to purchase tires and been told that I did not need tires,at that time. Unlike other tire dealers who will sell you anything even if you don't need it.I once went to Tire Kingdom to have my tires rotated because they claim to do this service for free.My car was new so since they knew that anything they found to be wrong with the car, it would go back the the dealer for warranty work they kept me standing there for over two hours in spite of my being the first customer in the store that morning. I left angry and without getting my tires rotated, when I called the main office to complain they told me that they did not really care. I vowed to buy tire anywhere else even if it meant paying more, but thanks to Family Tire I have never had to pay more.

I researched tire prices online, at Tire Kingdom, Good Year, and at a other local tire stores. Family Tire gave me the same price as the best online discounter, and saved me the shipping cost.

I've always been able to get in and out promptly, especially if I make an appointment. They stand behind their work.

My husband and I have been using family tire for over 10 years now. Their prices have always been competitive, and the service is fast and friendly. I recently went to get my brakes done, and they were honest enough to tell me I did not need them done. Any chain tire store would have convinced me otherwise.

When I needed new tires I went to Family TIres.
Was treated very nicely, and did not have too long to wait for them to put my new tires on my car.
I also had them put windshield wipers on at the same time.
If I need them again I will surely use this company.
