They did a fantastic job on our re roof , on time ,clean, friendly and efficient. I questioned them about wind mitagation to lower my insurance and was informed of the requirements to pass the inspedtion and assured the work they did updated our roof to pass the inspedtion. We did have it done and saved over five hundred dollars this year on our homeowners policy,which was renew last month,so got a refund check. Thanks so much for great job and helpful information...

I contacted Phil to do a maintenance check and he showed up within 24 hours exactly as he had told me on the phone. He was thorough and professional, and we agreed on a very fair price for a reroof to be done January 21, 2010. On that day, Benito and his crew arrived at the stated time with the proper Port Orange permit, and within four hours had professionally replaced the roof with 110 mph resistant shingles and a 120 mph skylight and other vents to include waterproofing/drainage for my chimney. The shingles were just as I specified, and Benito's crew totally cleaned up all the trash to include all metal objects on the ground. Phil arrived to personally check that I was satisfied, and gave me the guarantees and other warranty papers. The city inspector signed off the work and complemented the professionalism of the well supervised work team. I am so pleased that Senez placed its ad in the Super Savings booklet along with the coupons that were honored without question. I am recommending this roofing firm to everyone, and that is a rare feat for me who demands perfection. Fully licensed and insured companies are rare to find to do needed work, but Senez had everything needed to do my reroofing properly.

had it done by around 3 P.M. - we were shocked because we
thought it might take 2 days since they had to remove 2 roofs,
(one placed on top of the other). They were very friendly and
helpful when we went to talk with them and get samples.
I think their prices are conquerable to all the other roofing
places. I was recommended to them by a neighbor who was
also very pleased with their work.
