I am extremely disappointed with the service that I received. My service advisor was Rick Moore. He was pleasant enough, but either he was putting up a front or just was not intelligent. I own a Ford Focus, so when I had problems I decided to go to Ford. I didn't buy my car there, the dealership where I bought my car is much too far away because I moved. I did not receive what I was hoping for. My husband advised me not to go there, but I thought Ford would be willing to take care of their own. I suspected that I was having an alternator problem because of what was going on w my car and I said as much so I asked them to check it. I drove the car to the dealership with no issues at all. I had no lights on to indicate any problems and my car was acting normal. I gave it over to the service center and got it back in WORSE condition. Rick Moore told me that I needed to have my alternator replaced and that my battery was "melted" so that I would need to buy a new battery too. I told him that I wanted to consult with my dad first. I spoke with my dad and brother about it and they said that they could do all the work themselves, so I kindly told Rick that I would be taking it to them to work on. Its the holidays and times are tough. Money is tight, so I decided to go the cheaper route. When my car was "ready" Rick told me that he didn't think it would make it out of the lot. I got in the car and the whole thing was shaking. I put it in drive and the car just shut itself off and I couldn't get it to turn back on. I was really confused because I drove there just fine and it obviously worked good enough for them to move it in and out of their shop, but as soon as I get it back it just doesn't work at all. Not to mention they left my window rolled down. My whole car is electrically powered and its raining in the area for the next 3 days!!! I was lucky to get the battery to work long enough to get my window back up!!! So I called a tow truck to come get my car because including the tow truck fee it would still be $400 less to get my car repaired by my family. When my dad got a chance to look at my car later he was furious and after what I heard I was furious too! No one even bothered to clean the erosion off of my battery! The battery wasn't connected properly and it wasn't "melted"! The battery is fine! Jim Tidwell Ford was going to charge me for a new battery when the one that I have is fine! My dad cleaned the battery and connected it properly and it started up great! He told me that if that had been done in the first place I would have been able to drive it just fine. Yes, the alternator needs to be replaced, but it wasn't so serious that I couldn't just drive it the next county over!!! And all of the service workers watched as a tow truck hooked up my car and they NEVER offered to help me start my car or anything. For real??? You can bet that we are going to be up there tomorrow and we better get compensated for this! I seriously cannot believe this. Either the service department purposely messed my car up so that it wouldn't start or they were just so unintelligent that they didn't know any better, either way that is no way to run a business.

Jim Tidwell Ford service department intentionally lied to my wife about what was needed to fix our Expedition, and ran a $374 bill to almost $800. When I confronted them, they did not work with me to resolve. I found them to be very dishonest - would strongly recommend not to go there for Ford service of any kind.

I went to Jim Tidwell Ford looking for a new mustang to replace the one I wrecked. The salesman was great in helping me choose my new car. He was a mustang person himself and was very knowledgeable in the cars. I really enjoy my BULLITT mustang and the service was great. I liked it so much 2 weeks later I went back and bought my wife a new Ford F150!

He was a mustang person himself and was very knowledgeable in the cars. I really enjoy my BULLITT mustang and the service was great. i recently purchased a new ford flex from jim tidwell ford, i have not purchased many vehicles and was very nervous about the entire process. when i got to the dealership i was greeted promptly and professionally, i explained what i was looking for in new vehicle to him and he was very helpful with everything. before i left the dealership he had introduced me to the general manager, the service department, and to the finance department, all of whom were very polite. i look forward to purchasing all of my vehicles from jim tidwell ford in the future and sending all of my friends and family as well. i would recommend this dealer to anyone in the market for any kind of vehicle, of for any type of service needs.

I have had my truck in Jim Tidwell Ford's service dept. on several occasions from transmission problems to a fuel pump problem.
And received nothing but the best, from my service writer to the technicians who worked on my truck, and repaired my truck in a very professional manner.
And, while there, I took the time to visit their showroom, visiting with their receptionist, who is a very knowledgeable, and courteous employee of theirs.
And, just speaking to some of their sales staff.
I hightly recommend anyone who needs their car
serviced for whatever reason to use Jim Tidwell Ford.
And, they sell some truly great cars. My favorite is the Ford Fusion.
