My husband and I always shop at Advance Auto Parts. Always have to wait in long lines. Very slow service, not very friendly staff. Not very willing to "educate" customers in the products. When we asked them to reserve something for us, they are not very willing to do that. Asked us to pay for the "thing" before we even receive it. When not willing to do that, he scolded us for wasting his time & effort. Very rude! Wouldn't recommend.
