I had a pedicure at Inga's and thought the overall experience was just alright. For what I paid, I expected much more (in comparison to past experiences at other day spas). I didn't find the experience and ambiance as relaxing as I would have hoped. In fact, when I arrived, it was downright noisy. The hair stylist was with a client and having a very loud conversation while I sat in the waiting room. The quality of the 1-hour pedicure was not much different than what I would pay for a $15 job at a nail place in a strip mall. I guess I was just expecting something better and more luxurious for the price.

Love, love, love this place! They treat you so warmly when you arrive and put you at ease with their friendly, laid-back attitude. It feels like you're going to your best girlfriend's place to hang out, have a glass of wine and get pampered.

The service is top-notch and is guided by the owner, Astrid and her fabulous front desk manager, Linda. Get lash extensions from Sandra. They stay on for weeks!

Astrid even makes a Brazilian wax not as torturous. This place ROCKS!

Excellent facials by Alstrid and massages by Hillary. Better than anywhere I've been, including Canyon Ranch! They take lots of time with their clients and also use quality products. Atmosphere is cozy, not stuff like some spas. Their selection of gifts is wonderful- jewelry, housewares and gifts- I always leave with something extra. Prices are reasonable and worth every penny. Great customer service and personalized attention. NO sales tactics from the staff- they are informative about the products IF you ask...never salesy or pushy. The staff is experienced and has a loyal clientele because of their outstanding service.

I am the pickiest person to please. Actually, I'll be honest, I'm never pleased. There has only been one salon that I've ever liked and Inga's topped that experience two hundred fold. The only reason I went was due to a gift certificate I received and I walked out a return customer.

The service and care that I've received at Inga's has surpassed that of any other salon I've been to. Astrid took a lot time to learn about me and my lifestyle to try to figure out why I've had so many problems with my skin; she did more in one session than any dermatologist has ever done for me. She also helped me to find products that my hyper-sensitive crazy skin can tolerate and actually improve with. I have recommended many friends to this salon and I'll never go anywhere else for a facial!

Best facials I've ever had. Astrid really took the time to figure out my insane skin and did more for me in one visit than any of the 10 or so dermatologists I've been to ever did.

At the prices I was charged I expected much more than I got, I wouldn't recommend Ingas unless you're willing to shell out a bit too much money for service you could get standard pretty much anywhere for a lot less money. I don't see how they will stay open much longer unless they reduce prices or improve service.
