Over rated. I'm Italian, so I may a bit 'biased', but the Pepata di Cozze (mussel appetizer) needed some flavor and the 'cappellacci di zucca' (pumpkin ravioli) were literally re-fried in butter. Truly bad. The butter sauce was way

Unfortunately Inman park has a lot of this going on. Honestly, I can't figure out what the hype is for. Our meal was "Italian inspired" at best, and not much flavor to speak of. We had bread brought to our table that was basic wheat loaf,

On the recommendation of a friend from Italy I went here with several girlfriends from work and we thought the food was fantastic! It was great place for a girls' night out and it looks like it would be a nice spot for a romantic dinner

The food at Sotto Sotto will not disappoint, but the staff sometimes will. Still, if you can overlook the snotty attitudes, this is some of the best Italian in Atlanta. The risottos are to die for, especially the caramalized onion with balsamic and the mushroom risotto. Be sure to make a reservation, and even then expect a wait

My favorite thing on the menu is the simple mint ravioli. Cooked to perfection. I also recommend ordering the three different oils to go with the bread. I found the food to be wonderful and the service excellent. It is small and loud, but that didn't bother me at all.

So after exhaustive research I've decided the question is how soon I'd go back. Would I decide that despite all the other great untried restaurants popping up daily in Atlanta that I'd rather go back to this one? Answer-nope. That

After enjoying its neighbor Fritti for years, we finally decided to go to Sotto Sotto, figuring all the hype must mean something. Sadly, we could hardly eat anything: surprisingly, for an Italian place, almost nothing was vegetarian or could even be made vegetarian (they told us the risottos were possible--well, of course they are!: we make them veg at home all the time--but that the chef wouldn't do it for us). Nice.

The food was very good. The service was good. For two, we spent about $100 for 1 glass of wine each, shared salad, first course, and second course, and dessert and coffee. A little pricier than I would have expected but still under $100.

I'd heard mixed reviews of Sotto Sotto and decided to try it. Unfortunately, I am one of the people who was disappointed in this restaurant. My first thought was that it was loud and crowded. I ordered the tortellini stuffed with mascarpone and artichokes and was not happy. In fact, I didn't even finish my meal which is virtually unheard of for me. The chocolate soup for dessert was a great consolation, though.
