Great Clips

I am a regular at great clips due to the conveince and price. I have had good and bad experiences with this place, it all depends on the stylist. A word of advice is find a good one and stick with the same person. There a lot of convienant locations and the price is reasonable.

Great Clips is one of several chain hair salons found in most major metropolitan areas, that offers convenient locations and operating hours, and is usually a pretty good bet for a decent hair cut. They also also usually offer good prices on perms, coloring, and other hair care services. Furthermore, their advertisements often include coupons for additional savings.

On the downside, Great Clips experiences a lot of turnover in stylists, and nornally operate on a walk-in basis, although some will schedule appointments for perms. I had a good experience at the Sugarloaf Pkwy location in Lawrenceville when I received a bad cut from another Great Clips location, and was able to get a re-cut at this salon for no additional charge.

As alluded to earlier, due to the high rate of turnover in stylists, you run the risk of receiving poor service. However, more often tha not, you get a decent cut or perm at good price, along with the added convenience of location and extended hours of operation.
