I disagree with whomever wrote the other review. I have been there twice and both times the staff was friendly and attentive. The first time I went it was very busy and I did have to draw a number and wait, but that's life.

THis store is always extremely busy, crowded with long lines! The staff is not always the friendlist especially if you have a problem with your phone. If your phone is not working they would rather try to persued you to buy a new phone rather than fixing the one you just got. I prefer to deal with the customer service reps on the phone!
