I've rented from Farnsworth HIll for several years and have had nothing but negative interactions with them. In fact, throughout this period, they have gone from bad to worse in terms of customer service and apartment upkeep. The simplist

I cannot be more emphatic in stating my continual disappointment in this firm. I have rented from this Farnsworth Hill for several years and they continue to surprise me with their complete disrespect for tenants. In fact, with each interaction, they reach a new low level of "poor service." Calls are never returned, responses are rude and condescending, explanations seem dishonest, repairs take months to receive approval and then several more months to get accomplished, annual rent increases are unreasonable, etc. An on-premise staff member is never available or visible as he spends the entire day conducting personal business, yet complaints to the office about this are dismissed.

If I had known better when I was moving from Detroit to Chicago, I would have NEVER signed a contract with this leasing company. They are the most unprofessional angency I have ever encountered. My lease is up in less then two months, and let me say, I cannot be up fast enough. HORRIBLE!
