Very unhappy with the customer service. I always had a difficult time reaching anyone in the office. If I had any type of problem, issue or concern I would usually get better results by contacting the on site maintenance worker. Now that I've moved out it is even more difficult to talk to a live person at the office. I constantly get automated voices and voicemails where I leave messages and never hear back from anyone. When I go to the office it seems everyone is too busy to talk to me or listen to my concerns. Be careful when dealing with this group!!!

well if your into shady business dealings and rundown property this would be your pick...some of the worst spots anywhere...as a management company if you really want your community to become awash in criminals pedophiles and other undesirables then let these guys handle your apartments or rental units.........in other words........STAY AWAY.......
