Pita Inn

I used to love Pita Inn when I lived in the Chicago area and I still cannot find comparable Middle Eastern food in my new hometown.

The food is delicious and extremely inexpensive. You'd spend more money dining at McDonald's on far less healthy, less tasty food. They also have a wonderful selection of vegetarian dishes.

Not to be missed: their world-class hummus and the falafel sandwiches. How I miss Pita Inn!

Pita Inn is a great restaurant if you are looking for good, fast, and inexpensive food. They have amazing hummus, lentil soup, and their Jerusalem falafel is the best the city has to offer. The falafel is topped with fries,which is how it is done in Israel.

The BEST and most reasonably priced Mediterranean cuisine I have ever had! A lot of my friends have been going there since high school, while I discovered it while in college. The food is always delicious, and they seriously need to open a location in Chicago!

I don't know how they do it, but Pita Inn serves delicious, fresh food at rock bottom prices. I have a pretty big appetite, but when I ordered their business lunch special, I got SO much food I was barely able to finish it all. Be prepared for a bit of a wait, especially during peak lunch times. Be sure to bring a big appetite...food this good is a shame to waste!

Everything is made fresh in front of you.
Great location and plenty of parking is available.
