My Mazda's break pads had worn off completely and I needed to get them replaced asap. I wanted to take my car to a Mazda dealership but was hesitant about dealer pricing. However, I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable Oak Lawn Mazda was. I took my car in and it was fixed up within hours. Very satisfied with the service.

Worst experience of my life!!!

First off when I got down there wasnt a sales person to be found eventually one was on his way out for a smoke break and after lighting up asked us if we needed help(completely unprofessional) When we described the car we saw online he told us that it had been sold. So we asked to see another one after test driving two I decided on the right one.

There entire negotiating process took 5 HOURS! I told them what I could afford and they insisted on trying to make me spend more. Even asking the person with me to add in money!! Not only did that take forever they refused to answer a question directly they kept trying to go off onto another subject!

This dealership is completely shady and will do anything to scam an extra dollar! NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!!

The worst experience of our lives. We went looking for a CX-7. After driving an hour, of course the one online was just sold. Our needs were simple, CX-7, AWD, lowest miles possible. We stated our needs up front and the salesman even wrote them down on a spec. sheet. We drove another one that met our needs and liked it. The only problem was there was a huge defect in the door like someone tried to pry it open and break in. We decided that we didn't want to buy a car that needed body work. The salesman and his manager saw a sale slipping away and told us that there was another CX-7 that was ""comparable"" and had what we needed and just had a few more miles on it. So we decided to check it out. We drove it, liked it, and after three hours of waiting and typical salesmen pitches and problems, bought it. After the hour drive home, we started looking deeper into the car. Not only was the antenna missing, the door for the fuse panel was missing and worst of all, the car was NOT AWD. I immediately called the salesman and told him. He acted surprised and asked when we could come back in. Our next available time for the hour drive was Monday, two days later. Monday we called and were told that we would be working with General Manager Mike Z. to resolve the issue. After about five calls to Mike Z., he called us back around 4pm. He was unaware of the details of the situation and had to ""look into it."" I told him that I wanted to iron out the details so we could just come in and switch cars and not spend all day there. He said that there was no way we could get in the other car if we wanted the door fixed. We thought about it and called Mike Z back. We were willing to take the car and fix the door ourselves, to avoid adding cost. After three days of trying to speak to Mike Z. again, he told us that, ""We never represented that car as AWD so we are not at fault."" He also added that we could switch cars back to the one with the defect but the payments would definitely go up, even without them fixing the door. We let Mike Z. and our salesman know that we were coming in to speak with them and resolve this. We were told that they open at 9, our salesman would come in and Mike Z. would be there at 1130. We arrived at 10, our salesman never showed. Julian, another manager said that Mike Z. was delayed and would be there around noon. At 1230 we were told that Mike Z. wouldn't be coming in until about two. We left without a resolution. The next day we got a call from the corporate office, saying there would be no problem trading for the AWD car. When we finally got a hold of Mike Z., (a day later), he said that we could come in and pay a three hundred dollar restocking fee and the payments would still go up. Frustrated and tired of trying to convince someone to own up to their mistake, we stayed with the front wheel version. After five days of arguing, about fifty calls to the dealership with only about three finding someone, multiple calls to the corporate office, who also were unable to reach Mike Z. after multiple attempts, and one evasive Mike Z., we were defeated by liars who were unwilling to compromise or accommodate. The entire time they proudly declared that they were not at fault for this happening and were ""Not interested in buying the car back because its not financially sound for the company"". Unbelievable. So now, we are planning on taking the car to the local dealer and trading it for the one we want. To add to their deceptive ways I went online and looked up the AWD version we tried tirelessly to get. In person, the defect in the door is impossible to miss. The metal is pried out almost a full inch. However, the photos of the car online show no defect whatsoever from multiple angles. We are now following up with corporate and the BBB. This dealer is dishonest. If anyone would like more information on the dealership or the people we interacted with please contact me. I'll be happy to share.

Getting my new Mazda CX-7 couldn??t have been easier! People at Oak Lawn Mazda were great to work with. Extremely knowledgeable about all the cars in the showroom and helpful enough to go through all the features with me. In addition to that, I was able customize my SUV with a new navigation system which I love. I definitely recommend this branch to anyone looking for a Mazda SUV. The sales reps always make sure to find something that is within your budget and complimentary to your lifestyle.

The one thing bothers me about dealerships is that they constantly hassle you to make a purchase or get unnecessary add-ons. However, I have to say that I felt so welcomed at the Oak Lawn Mazda dealership. The best thing about the guys at Oak Lawn, is that they let me look around for the car I wanted, plus, they let me test drive it without pressuring me into buying it. End result? Hassle free customer service and I found the car, without checking rates at another dealership. Their maintenance service isn??t too shabby either - great rates!

I had a great buying experience at Oak Lawn Mazda. I was referred to this dealership by a friend of mine as I was looking to buy a pre-owned Mazda 6. I looked through their website and they had a great inventory of pre-owned cars. I found exactly what I was looking for and I was able to negotiate the price down a bit as well. Overall, my sales person was polite and the customer service was good. I'll recommend buying from here.

I thought Oak Lawn Mazda offered a wide range pre-owned Mazda 6 at very reasonable prices. I was looking for one which wasn't more than 15K and I found exactly that. The customer service was great and the overall experience was worthwhile. The paper-work didn't take too long and I drove away with car feeling happy and relieved. I'll recommend this dealer.

I purchased a 2001 Toyota Corolla in seemingly excellent condition from this dealer about 2 years ago. I recently moved to Chicago and do not need a car, so I went to Carmax today to sell my Corolla. To my horror, the Carmax appraiser found that there had been some severe past damage on the car, which had been repaired by using a new hood and both fenders from different vehicles that had been painted to match the rest of the car. These new parts hid a frame that had been rewelded in order to repair it. To make matters even worse, it turns out that one of the VIN number stickers on the car had been changed to match the VIN number on all of the other panels of the car in order to hide the past damage. I was never made aware of any of this by the dealership. In fact, I was told that the car passed the dealership's rigorous inspection with flying colors! \n\nThe nice folks at Carmax explained to me that dealers sometimes purchase totaled cars at a low price and then do a lipstick job to make the car look like new so that they can sell it for much more than it is worth. This, unfortunately, is what happened to me. Since the damage on the car was not filed with the police or an insurance company, the dealership was able to do its ""repairs"" on the car under the radar, without ever having to mention it to me. The really scary part about all of this is that, had I gotten into a head on collision, the frame of the car literally could have snapped in half due to the structural problems caused as a result of the make-shift ""repairs"" done by the dealer on the past damage.\n\nI find this to be very dishonest and I highly urge everyone who is interested in Oak Lawn Mazda to consider a different dealership.

Purchased my pre-owned Mazda3 hatchback from this dealership and I got a very good deal on the price. The financing options were very attractive and the customer service was great. My salesperson was very informative and polite. He guided me throughout the process since it was my first purchase. I was very satisfied at the end and I have some peace of mind buying from a dealer than buying it privately. I'll definitely recommend Oak Lawn Mazda!

I had an accident a couple of weeks ago and my car's front end was damaged quite badly. I had contacted many dealerships and body shops together via email to see which one would provide the best price based on the nature of the damage. Oak Lawn Mazda was able to match all the quotes and give me the best price. I took my car to their dealership and was very pleased with the way they carried out the job. I'll definitely recommend these guys.

Oak Lawn Mazda has a huge inventory of pre-owned Mazda3's to choose from. I wanted to keep affordability in mind since it was my first car. Mazda3 fitted the criteria really well. It looks great and is priced well within my budget. My salesperson at the dealership was great to deal with. He was very knowledgeable about the car and answered all my curious questions in detail. He was patient throughout the process and also worked out a great warranty package. I was completely sold with what they had to offer. At the end of it all, I felt convinced with my choice and am very happy with my first car.

I had a minor accident last week where I dented my Mazda Protg pretty badly. After shopping around for quotes at various body shops, I was convinced with Oak Lawn Mazda??s pricing and chose to go ahead and give them a try. I??m glad I did ?? Their service was impeccable and they were able to restore my car to its original condition. The price they quoted was very fair for the job and I had the peace of mind that my repair was done at a Mazda dealership. The staff was very friendly and polite. Overall, I made the right decision by bringing my car here and I??ll definitely recommend this dealership.

I had a great experience buying my new car from Oak Lawn Mazda dealership. I was looking to trade-in my 2004 mazda3 for a brand new model. I was initially skeptical about the process but my sales rep was able to clarify all my concerns and questions. I got a great deal on the value and decided to purchase the brand new Mazda CX-7. Its a very comfortable SUV and I love the compact navigation system along with the blind spot monitoring system. Overall, the buying process was very positive and I got a great deal on the price as well. Ill definitely recommend making your Mazda purchase at Oak Lawn Mazda dealership.

I was very excited to check out the 2010 Mazda3 hatchback. I've heard a lot of good things about the car - It's compact, good-looking and agile at the same time. The financing deals were very impressive and owning a new car seemed like the best option for me. I went ahead for the test-drive and immediately knew that this was the car for me. It looked great, was very responsive and overall I felt comfortable in it. The next step was to go ahead with the paper work and I was very pleased with the way things were handled by the Oak Lawn Mazda staff. The customer service was impeccable and I felt at ease. I'll definitely recommend making your Mazda purchase at Oak Lawn!

I've been taking my Mazda to Oak Lawn Mazda for regular servicing since I purchased it from them. I have to admit, I am very pleased with the customer service and the quality of work they perform each time. I never have to worry about getting an appointment since they have always accommodated me according to my availability. The staff members are very friendly and honest about the work they do. I have never been charged ridiculous amounts for any kind of work they have done on my car. Overall, I am very impressed with Oak Lawn Mazda and I highly recommend this dealership.

Finding a new Mazda in Chicago can be tough with a number of local dealers offering a wide selection of new and used Mazda vehicles. Oak Lawn Mazda offers a wide selection of new and used Mazdas at very competitive prices. I purchased my own from this dealership and I am very satisfied with the car. The buying process was a breeze and I was pleasantly surprised with the excellent quality of customer service. The staff was friendly and polite at all times. I'll definitely recommend this dealership and return here for my car's regular servicing.

I was referred to Oak Lawn Mazda by a close friend of mine since I was in the market for a new Mazda3. I'm glad I made my purchase at this dealership. They offer a lot in terms of variety to choose from and the quality of customer service is excellent at all times. I was greeted politely and well taken care of throughout the buying process. My salesperson did not pressure me too much and I was given enough time to make a practical and well thought out decision. The prices at this dealership are quite competitive - I got a fair deal on the car and overall I was very satisfied with my experience. I would definitely recommend Oak Lawn Mazda.

I had been shopping around for a new Mazda for a long time. I had visited many dealerships and even various online classifieds but couldn't find the right car and deal until I came across Oak Lawn Mazda. They have a huge inventory of Mazdas to choose from at very affordable and competitive prices. My experience from the test drive all the way to the time I walked out with my car keys was absolutely great. The customer service was impeccable - Very knowledgeable and polite staff. I didn't have to try hard to negotiate the price to what I had wanted. Overall, I have nothing bad to say about this dealership and I highly recommend it.

I took my Mazda to get my major servicing done which included getting a tune-up, oil change, brake pads, shocks and struts. I had sent many dealers a request for a quote and Oak Lawn Mazda by far quoted the best price for my requested repairs. I was very relieved to get my car serviced by this dealership - The staff was very friendly and took good care in detailing all that was needed to be done to ensure my car was in perfect shape. My car's performance has improved immensely and I am very happy with it. I will highly recommend this dealership for your servicing needs.

I highly recommend Oak Lawn Mazda dealership. Great group of people at the showroom - I was greeted well and taken care of at every step of the sales process. My sales rep took his time in explaining all the features and specifications of the car that I had chosen. I was very convinced about my choice after all his help and I am glad that I purchased my new Mazda6 from Oak Lawn Mazda. I'll definitely be returning here for my regular maintenance and servicing.

Oak Lawn Mazda is the dealership you want to visit if you're in the market for a new or pre-owned Mazda. I recently purchased my brand new Mazda 3 from them at a great price. I did do some comparison shopping at various other dealers but I eventually settled with buying from Oak Lawn. Very polite service and I was treated with respect. They have an easy to navigate website and I did most of research there before going into the dealership to test drive. I was very impressed with the quality of service and their willingness to package a great deal. I highly recommend this dealership!

Oaklawn seems like they have decent prices, but when I sat down with them....it all came to a head. The car was listed at $13,800. It was a great car and worth every cent of that. They tried to offer me payments of $464 for 48 months! That comes to over $22,000! Then I figured out that they snuck in a $2000 extended warranty package. Even if I wanted the warranty (which I didn't), my out the door cost should have only been $17,000 or less, once my trade-in, fees and taxes were factored in! They wouldn't even entertain that I was preapproved by my bank for 6%. In fact, they would not disclose what interest rate they were using to estimate my payments. It seemed like 30%! They didn't even do a credit check to see that I had a score of 745! When I called them on their lack of transparency, I added the numbers that THEY gave me right in front of them and it didn't come near what they were charging. What were these hidden numbers?!! The salesman seemed dumbfounded when he realized that the manager's numbers didn't add up. I kept asking them to SHOW ME THE NUMBERS....and they wouldn't!
In the end, they refused to sell me the car unless I bought the "not required" extended warranty for $2000. Their final offer was $422 for 48 mos, which is a way high even with the warranty....whatever. I walked

I live in a different state and made an agreement with their internet department over the phone to purchase a vehicle from them. I asked them how much of a deposit they needed to hold the car for me so I could fly out and pick it up within the next couple of days. They said $1000 so I gave them a credit card number over the phone, bought my plane ticket and was already to fly out to pick it up (I had guaranteed them I was buying the car). The next day they called me to tell me that they had totalled the car on the way to fill up the gas tank in anticipation of me getting there. 3 weeks later I pulled a carfax on the car, just cause I was curious and found that they had really just sold the car to someone else! So now I have no car and am out the money I paid for the plane ticket!
Beware of their dishonest practices!

I contacted the sales department of Oak Lawn Mazda to see if they would accept Ford Partner Program S-pricing on a specific auto in their inventory that I had looked up on the Mazda USA web site. 2 different sales people said that they did and to come on down to close the transaction (I still have the voice mail). When I got there, they would not sell me the car for the S-pricing. To be fair, it is their choice to do so but since I was very specific as to the automobile in question, they could have simply said that they don't accept S-pricing for that car. The whole process felt like a bait and switch situation to me. Be careful.

Beware when purchasing a used car with Oak Lawn Mazda. They will tell you that the car passes a 50 point inspection, however, if the car I purchased passed an inspection the mechanic must have been completely unqualified and should be fired immediately.
I had the car for less then 24 hours and my check engine light came on. When I brought the car to my uncle who is a mechanic, he informed me that it was a trasmission code. When he looked up the code it indicated that the transmission was failing and needed to be replaced. Now 2 weeks later, the car sits until I come up with another 2 grand to pay for this piece of crap.
I was also told the car only had 1 previous owner but when I ran a car fax report, it showed 2 owners.
SCAMMERS!!! BEWARE!!!
