Not sure if this place has different owners than in the past but have always loved this place. And then went in recently and front desk was on the trashy side and rude. Massage was great as usual but would rather not deal with the little receptionist or new owner whoever she is. Felt like I was a bother to her. And for the money she could have at least smiled. I just miss dealing with Lexi she was always so great.

Thought is was time to give kudos to Serenity. For several years I've been getting massages and they get better each time. My fave is Mindy. With all the new additions to their offerings I've been trying facials, manicures and pedicures.

My parents tried to do a couples massage and the therapist didnt show ..... My parents said the lady at the front desk was so loud that they wanted to say" hey,,, lady you call this a Spa, but you are so loud and it made them not relaxed

One of my close friends use to work here ,and they let her go after her car broke down. My friend gave up all her clients to make these people happy, and then they srewed her by giving her a letter saying she couldnt work within 20 miles

This place is a total rip off. My teenage daughters suprised me with a gift certificate for a soul package including hot stone foot massage, scalp treatment, etc. When I go to redeem it, I am informed they don't honor that package anymore,

I have been having a regular monthly theraputic massage for years and had to find somewhere new upon moving to Wichita. My first try was Serenity and I did not need to look any further - the staff are fantastic...the massage was outstanding...and the general atmosphere of the facility is peaceful, calm, tasteful and even a little luxurious.

This was my first prenatal massage and I was a little nervous, but Molly was terrific! She was so knowledgeable and so sweet. She talked to me before the massage about what I was needing and I found out that she is also a certified doula. She said that pregnancy massages are her specialty and I can see why. The massage was just what I needed and they have this pregnancy table where I could lay on my stomach, which was sooo nice! She really focused on my lower back and legs. Oh and you have to try the Chia tea. Serenity is great, the people are nice and I felt so comfortable. Molly really did a great job.

Serenity is a little hard to find but, this place is the best massage place that I have been to in Wichita. We had such a nice experience for Valentine's Day. The couples room was very romantic with the fireplace and champagne. The two therapists were so nice and really paid attention to the details. I truly did not want to leave, it was so relaxing. When we were ready to leave the two therapists thanked us for coming in and gave us neat little gift of chocolates and heart soaps for Valentines Day. I mean WOW, I have been to other places, this tops all. They really went above and beyond to make this a wonderful time. I give this place 5 stars....relaxing, inviting, curteous, professional ...

My therapist at Serenity Massage Clinic was fantastic, she focused on my lower back where I was having the most pain.The therapist was professional and thorough.

I really enjoyed my experience here. My therapist was quite good, and when I asked her for more pressure, she kicked my butt!! It was great!! My husband thought his was ok, but he still enjoyed the experience. I thought it was a good price for an hour of relaxation.

I received a gift certificate for this place and was very impressed. The customer service was fantastic and it was probably the best massage in Wichita. They are very friendly. It is truly a nice place to go. I will be back!
