Compared to the other stores, this store is pretty good. I like that the staff are knowledgeable and able to help out with my questions. Prices here aren't bad either.

After waiting on the phone for nearly 45 min to ask a simple question, I was yelled at,disconnected,passed off and put on hold 9 times! Best buy will never get my business again!

This BB store in Cambridge compaired to other BB stores in US has excellent customer service. Employees are honest and advice customers about rebates before buying products. They are not just trying to make a sale or get commission for what they sell. This is what a great business is all about. I have told many people to shop at this particular store as staff is very friendly and helpful.

I like their prices and I went on a weekend they have a big sale. they do not have much for coupons but this place was not too bad for prices. Somedays I come in and they have all new dvds so I pick up a few different ones. I like the people here. They beat and price match on some stuff.

Best Buy is relly not a good buy. The phone keeps ringing without answering. The after-sale service is basically none. The staff is suspicious of every customer. it is just not a good environment to shop.

It is important to do honest business and please customers. I heard many horror stories about Bestbuy and would not try it again myself.

Definitely the best place to go for any electronics if you are looking to save some money. They also have great warrantees on all their electronic equipment. I have purchased computer, camera and entertainment products such as an iPod and various DVDs and CDs, and all those products have been highly satisfactory.

Best buy is a cool place to get all of your electronic and hi tech needs from. They have everything from computers mp3 players cell phones etc they are good quality and prices.

Kind of annoying place to shop - if you go on the weekend, it is really crowded, and I have never been able to find any really good deals at this store. I guess it's good to be able to go in and browse, and handle what you are interested in buying. But do yourself a favor and then go home and buy it online for a lot less.

I really enjoy this best buy. I have been to many in my lifetime and this one was probably one of my favorites. They had great deals and great DVD selections. The customer service was impeccable.

This Best Buy is the best place to buy Cds, DVDs or electronics. The prices are low and the staff can easily locate anything. During the holidays this store is completely packed, but other than that there are usually not that many people.

I bought an ipod carrying case here and the girl who helped me out was very nice and pointed out all the other things I could use for my ipod. I bought them all thanks to her..
