Of all the sushi places in Coolidge Corner, Mr. Sushi takes the roll when it comes to being the most authentically Japanese. This may or may not be your thing if you're looking for interesting sushi fusion options, but I'm very close with some Japanese (100%) individuals and they'll go nowhere else. They have some creative rolls, but they're the standard "Dragon", "Catepillar" ones. Their fish is extremely fresh, so focus more on the nigiri and sashimi, not the spicy tuna (which isnt very good or spicy). You could feast for days on a single order of their Udon, and I can say this from experience. Servers wear traditional japanese dresses, which adds to the ambiance. Go now!

i've only been to Mr Sushi once, but i was not impressed. the menu offers mostly just the basics and i generally prefer a few original or more obscure rolls. probably a good place to go if you are a less adventurous sushi eater or just in the mood for something more simple. great service, though.

Pros: great fish, key location, great value

The fish is always fresh, and the service is great. The sushi chef is always willing to make adjustments to the rolls to make me happy - no tobiko, change to shrimp etc. The non-sushi dishes are great also!

I've ordered delivery from Mr Sushi and it's decent sushi at decent prices. Sometimes they've messed up the order, but it's usually about things like salad, or rolls, or missing sets of chopsticks that I am unconcerned about anyways. If

We love Mr. Sushi for the high-grade fish priced low enough that we can eat here any night of the week. It's not cheap, but it is affordable. We like that. For a variety, order the sushi boat to share.
