Viva Fresh Pasta was my all time favorite restaurant of my college years - and I was there for 6!! Every date I went on at least once was here - and a great way to weed out guys that don't like garlic!
Their Sweet Pototao Raviolis are FANTASTICLY AMAZING. First time I tried them with the maple butter sauce. Delicious. Next with the Romesco sauce and I just come back for more and more.
If you are ever in the area it beats Pasta e Basta hands down - and is romantic!!!!!!! And did I mention fantastic?

Pros: fresh, and amazing
Cons: that there are no locations in Boston!
This place has really great fresh pasta. The menu changes regularly so you'll never get bored. The bruchetta is absolutely delicious as well. A must amongst plenty of great restaurants in Northampton.
5We really have had some great meals at Viva. The flare is similar to that of several fine restaurants in Northampton, and the prices are great. The atmosphere is cozy- you truly feel like you're at a little bistro, and the staff is warm but not intrusive during your meal. I also would recommend the sweet potato ravioli-YUM!

I love their spinach lasagna. The portions are large so you won't leave hungry and the atmosphere is nice, albeit a bit cramped if you are sitting upstairs. Prices are reasonable.
4I don't know what all the negative reviews are talking about. The food is mouth watering and cult-worthy. Try the sweet potato ravioli with their alfredo sauce.
