What a wonderful preschool this is in the Potomac/Rockville area! The director, co-director, teachers and staff are very bright, kind, and caring, and the atmosphere is always very open and welcoming. We started with Potomac Nursery School when my daughter was 2, and she completed the 2's class, 3's class, and 4's class there. My son also had a terrific time in the 2's and 3's classes, and he will be graduating from the 4's class this year. The preschool curriculum is fun, creative, and educational, and it shows in the colorful art projects that the kids do. Such projects and activities also relate to various monthly study themes. The daycare/aftercare program is also excellent, where the children have times to play, rest, and enjoy some fresh air and outside activities together. If you're in the area, you should definitely stop by and take a look if you have a 2, 3, or 4-year-old!

This is the most wonderful place that a child could dream of starting their school career. The teachers are warm and nurturing. Both of my kids have nothing but happy memories of their nursery school experience. They played, they

Wow. Where do I start? Very overpriced for the run down facility that it is. Besides tuition, you have to pay extra for lunch and even for supplies!!! A tour gets set up, you start it by not being answered at the door because the bell is broken, another parent lets you in. The same parent points you in the direction of the Director's office. You don't get acknowledged whatsoever. And in a nutshell, if that is how the tour is organized I don't think too highly of what else may go on in there. Think twice about entrusting your child in this setup. I mean, really?
