I really enjoyed my stay in this place. They have great a cleaning crew, they make sure that everything is taken care of. They really respect privacy in here.

I have played most courses in the greater Lansing/ East Lansing area. I continue to return to Brookshire GC. I personally choose the back 9. It's never crowded and I just really enjoy the whole "atmosphere" out there.. great course.

The staff at this little country course was very friendly, but it's the course that really surprised me. I made a point to leave a note for the greens staff. In the middle of this little country-town out from Lansing, Brookshire is as good a course as you'd find "up north" in Michigan.

The front is deceptive - short, but you want to make sure to place the ball as it's a tight 9 weaving between beautiful old trees and along the river. The back is a more open, almost links style course - and longer. The finishing hole is on you'll remember! Go play it - great course.

Oh, and if you've time, I highly recommend their restaurant. We had a rain delay and got fantastic burgers. Huge!

The Brookshire Golf Club is an amazing course. The holes are all gorgeous and very well kept. This is definitely not an easy course, especially for beginners. The staff are friendly and the concessions are good. They also have a special day-long deal.
