I am not sure what the "1 star guy" is talking about. I started taking my cat here when he started having problems. BAH was very up front with their thoughts and gave me options. I found that their charges were acceptable, and the staff was very good. There is not a sign on the door as the other reviewer says.

I was welcomed with an outdoor sign reading No pets allowed in front, take your pet to the side or back. They could have provided plastic bags! I was very disappointed in this and the bill was very high, too.
