great company Deb does a great Job and so does the rest of her crew, they are very honest. We take all our vehicles to them and have for years. They handle all our needs from small to large.

This is the place to go if you need help for the do it yourself-er in your life. They are quite competent and explain each step to you. Would recommend.

I've only been to Auto Analyst once, when I thought I had to get my tires realigned- they told me I actually needed a new set of tires, so there wasn't anything they could do except direct me to Discount Tire, about fifty feet down the road. I wasn't charged at all, despite the fact that they had my car for about three hours and obviously had to look at it to tell me what was wrong, which was great because I am poor college student. They also had someone drive me back to my apartment so I wouldn't have to wait around for several hours while they checked out my car. They all seemed like very nice guys, and very understanding that I know next to nothing about my car. When something goes wrong with my car next time, I won't hesitate to go back to them.

We have used Auto Analyst on a couple of occasions. We have been pleased with the service. They work in a timely manner and are usually very good about being done when they say they will be. They have done a good job on our vehicles and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future. The prices are fair and reasonable compared to others in the area and they are really close by so that's a bonus for us.
