Fiesta Mexicana

This site displays restaurantcom coupons for Fiesta Mexicana, but be warned -- they won't honor them! There was a sign posted on the entry door, but a gentleman held the door open as a courtesy ...and we never saw it. I had the coupon on

This place has authentic mexican food. It is good if you know what mexican food you like to eat. Order your favorite and it will definitely compare to the best you've had. However, there is not one food joint that does everything to everyones standards, be they good or be they bad.

I used to really like going to this place...food was good, service was great. Hadn't been there in awhile because I heard the food was getting bad. The other day I tried it out, I was highly disappointed. All of the food looks and tastes the same. They should have been ashamed to bring my plate out, it was a big plate of slop all mixed together and thrown on a plate. I ordered an Enchilada/Chulupa dinner...it was just terrible. I wish I had driven to Hastings for Chipotle instead. Good luck to all that try it.

I'll admit it...I've eaten there four times in one week...they're great! Very fast, friendly service, customers always seem happy, and by FAR the best margarita's around (apparently the Tranquilino's own mix.) Good food at a great price. The complimentary chips & salsa are to die for...but be careful not to fill up on them or you won't be hungry or your meal...or better yet, order off the ala carte menu and have another margarita! The atmosphre is wonderful! You can't beat it anywhere around here!

Like El Loro, Fiesta Mexicana was a big disappointment with large portions of substandard Mexican fare. It obviously caters to those who know little or nothing about good Mexican food. Once was enough. We will not go back.
