Although it is not the fault of the Ford dealership that they had to send my repair to the factory and the factory took forever. However, they did nothing to try to make me feel better or at ease about when it was coming back in or offer to reduce the amount I owed. My radio went out and I was told that I could bring it in and it would take about a week. Over a month later after I called several times and they were unable to tell me when it would be ready, it is finally complete! I didn't realize how much I used the radio until I didn't have it! They offered no discount or apology. I would never take my car back to this location to get anything done after this experience.
