these people are definitely lying about this store. i had a horrible experience there. the ladies were very rude and nasty. the workers treated their animals poorly. the manager was yelling at the employees in front of anyone. very disrespectful would never shop there again!

Aww... give us another chance! You obviously had a bad experience in our store , but your experience was very unlike most customer's. Most people find our staff to be very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. As for our animals, we take great pride in having healthy pets living in clean environments. When we completely renovated the store in 2009, we took great care to make it easy to view our pets as well as to shop. As an owner, I would appreciate another chance to have you visit..I'm confident you would have a different experience! The owner employees are truly "pet people" and give their suggestions on past experiences and research.
Although they do not carry everything you could want they do have a decent amount of choices for your pets.
This is one of the places that does carry pets, birds, fish,and etc., as well as grooming facilities.

Let others shop at the pet super centers. You go to Scuffy's. They are price competitive and EXTREMELY knowledgable about pet care. This is in the Preakness strip mall right by the movie theater and jewelers.
