All State Roofing & Siding

Has anyone been able to get in touch with this company? I had a roof done a few years ago and have several leaks.

I supposedly got my entire flat roof replaced (that's what he told me) and during the very first heavy rain storm, one fourth of my interior ceiling fell down (insulation and drywall). I called them immediately, the next morning and was told no one would be available to inspect this till the next day. Well, it appears that within 1-2 hours they supposedly FIXED the problem. I received no feedback phone call that the work was finished nor did I receive an explanation of why the roof leaked. When I asked them if they would assist me with the expenses to repair the interior damage - they said no. What guarantee do I have that this won't happen again once I put out additional money to fix the interior damage. I don't understand why I would have such tremendous leaking AFTER a new roof in comparision to my initial problem. Sounds VERY strange to me.

I got 4 estimates for my shingle roof replacement. All State was the highest priced, but I went with them because the rep was polite, knowledgeable and answered all my questions and I have been seeing those yellow trucks in my area for years, so I was confident that they could stand behind any warranties they gave me. They finished the job on time, and even came back to do a "final inspectioin" AFTER I had paid them.
Very professional company, imo.

I just had my roof done by this company. Shoddy work, VERY EXPENSIVE. The brand new gutters in the front of the house were both bent when they were done. I found a lot of nails in my driveway and on my front lawn.

The guy who gave me the estimate wrote "ENTIRE HOUSE" on the contract and when I asked if the garage was included, he said YES!!!! The day of the job I came home from work to find that the house was done, not the garage. When I questioned them, I was told that the contract did not specify that. I have a small Cape Cod style house, no dormers or high gabels, etc. and with the garage the price would have been almost $6,000 !!! Outrageous!!

NEVER do business with this company!

PROS: fancy paperwork
CONS: everything else...
