Vaseful Flowers & Gifts

I order flowers for a friend's funeral. They were beautiful. The staff was very helpful and really worked with me on choosing the right flowers. Thank you!

I had flowers delivered to me for my birthday. They were so nicely arranged and were fresh. Next time I need flowers, I would call them.

I had flowers delivered to my mother in the hospital and they were gorgeous and they lasted for almost two weeks. Everyone there was really nice and helpful. I totally recommend them!!!!

I choose a modern /urban style floral arrangement with exotic flowers to send a friend for her holiday table. The fine print of the website states the Company may make equivalent substitutions. The arrangement that arrived bore no relationship to the elegant/sleek style I selected but rather was a bland clump of mundane flowers in an ugly vase. If I wanted such a blah selection I could have stopped at any grocery store for a a fraction of the price.

A friend ordered flowers, on the internet, for me 10 days before my birthday for delivery on my birthday. She recieved a confirmation and her card was charged. I did not recieve the flowers on the scheduled day. Since I knew nothing of this I never investigated. Days later my friend asked if I liked the flowers, and I advised her I never got them. She lives in Europe so I began to track the problem down. When I called Vaseful, I was told they never got the order, and they never charged it. Both are incorrect since we got both a confirmation and the charge. Living close to the area we picked the flowers. The price was high, the flowers starting to brown. I requested to speak to a manager and there was none there. I have been trying to call them and continually get the 800 customer service number that tells me they can not help me and I have to speak to the store. I have left numerous messages, so far with no results. I feel since my friend has had to call from Europe and I have had to make many calls as well as pick up my flowers there should be some refund-at least for the delivery that was never done. I would never reccomend Vaseful. My reccomendation is if you want nice flowers and an efficient order-go 2 blocks down hamilton strett to David's Flowers.

I was visiting my girlfriend at Rutgers University for our anniversary and realized that I had forgotten to grab flowers. In a panic I drove around New Brunswick until I found a flower shop and came across Vaseful. The service was great and they helped me out so much!
