I've had a great experice whenever I ate at Cafe Policastro. They have a large selection of soups, salads, sandwiches, and Italian-style meals. Popular with the Hackensack lunch crowd. It is across the street from the hospital, and when I was visiting a family member there I stopped in at Cafe Policastro for a quick bite. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for something quick and much better than fast food.

The food is not too bad but the portions are small and it is very expensive. A small salad can run up to 10.00. The soups are watered down and the help is slow and rude at times.
