great staff. great sushi and rolls. couldnt ask for anything better. they bring the sushi out very quickly to as you order, very courteous as well..... everytime we go the sushi chefs are cracking jokes and making the experience fun..... i used to go to a spot in the nw called Sage Sushi but moved to the South side of vegas and was driving there up until i found inaka. it is the best all you can eat in vegas. try the inaka roll, harry potter roll, whos your daddy roll... of course the classics are great there too!!!

I've been to an all you can eat sushi place on Boulder HWY and loved it so i figured we could give this one a chance since we were in the parking lot at the time. We had no problems getting a table since we were the only ones there, when it was time to order most waitresses take your order from each person. Not here you get one sheet for each table, which is hard when there is 7 of you. So we ask for 3 separate sheets (since there we 3 parties of 2 and an oddball) the waitress had attitude and said NO the chef only wants one sheet for one table. So I had to write down everything everybody wanted and add it up so it was "easier" for the chef and apparently the waitress too. I ended up doing her job, I should have gotten our drinks too since thats all she did. When the sushi came out it was all on 3 plates (all 11+ rolls). Some where new rolls and they dont tell you what is what. So it was a guessing game. I know some sushi but not all. That was no fun. The eel was not fresh at all and the spicy tuna looked like it was blended and plopped on top. Not what I like to eat. And to top it all off we had a party of 6+ and an 18% gratuity was added to our check. That 18% should have gone to me since I did all her work for her. Was a waste of 200 Dollars and I will not be going back and I recommened not going at all if you havent already.

We were in the plaza where this sushi place is located and decided to give it a try. My friend and I both settled for the 'all you can eat' for $20 and our girlfriends order one roll each. I must say, never eat here when they open, they'll use up the leftover rice from the night before. Our first 3 rolls had chalky, mushy rice. The next rolls were ok, however the rainbow roll had a bad slice of salmon on it. I refused to eat the smelly salmon sashimi off the top of the rainbow roll, despite the waitress threatening to charge it on our bill as an la carte item.

My friend apologized and told me that dinnertime was way better, and that it was this particular waitress who was giving us a hard time. However when she brought the check, she had to nerve to accuse my friends' girlfriend of eating from his plate. Needless to say, he changed his mind about this restaurant. The rude waitress received no tip from us. My opinion? for $5 more head to Makino's for the buffet or for great sushi (no buffet) give Yummy Sushi Grill a try.

Customer Service aside, many people will settle for sushi of this quality, myself however being somewhat of a sashimi connoisseur, will never return. Any sushi place who cannot serve fresh sashimi shouldn't call themselves a sushi restaurant.

I love this place. They have a great selection, wonderful customer service, and it's fun! You can drink, and stuff your face with some of the best sushi you ever ate. If you love sushi, please come out and try "ALL YOU CAN EAT" its really worth the 20 bucks. You get ice cream, and side appetizers are included as well with the all you can eat.

Negative: Sashimi is not fresh enough. So pass on it.

ive read the other reviews. i always sit at the bar which ussually isnt that hard because it ussually isnt too busy. im a regular there and ive never had any problems with the service. the chefs are great they make the sushi very quickly and they all have great personalities. the sushi is pretty good and its all you can eat for around 25 bucks a person. the service could be better but the pros outweigh the cons.

This is one of my favorite sushi resturants, and the quality of the food exceeds expectations. I have been going there for years now, and there prices are the cheapest in Henderson. As for the previous negative reviews about this resturant, what do you expect for $20 All you can eat sushi, take your butts to nobu and empty your wallets for the same piece of fish.

From the beginning we waited and waited and then we waited some more. When the server actually got to my table to get my drink order, it was like "yeah what do you want" mentality. We waited and waited to get the food order in, but 20-30 minutes was too long for us.

I actually had to walk up to the server and give her my order, and some choice words about the horrible service. The other 1 of 2 servers quickly came over and said we should be patient, and realize that there was only 2 servers and started to argue with me.

This was a Friday night, why should people suffer because the "Manager/Owner" doesnt have the intelligence to staff more servers or realize that she needs to quit being so cheap and hire more people

I asked to get the name of the manager, and she said I am the manager and owner, and said if you dont like the service you can leave. So I paid for my beer, got my change, called her some more choice names, and left.

I really hope this helps prevent someone else from going there, because they have no idea of what it is to own/manage/serve customers.

Pros: No pros

Cons: A bucket full of Cons

Terrible service.

My wife is not a fan of wasabi but the waitress could not seem to get the wasabi/no-wasabi part straight. I asked for two order sheets for me to separate the order and she became irritated. I finally gave up and said "OK, no wasabi on everything". She left without taking our complete order.

After 20 minutes and repeated servings to all of the Sushi bar patrons (many of whom arrived much after we did), we complained to the waitress. 35 min after we had ordered, we finally were served about ½ of our order.

At this point I told the waitress that I wanted my check immediately and for her to switch the order to a la carte. The manager was less than receptive to our complaint and only said that the Bar patrons get priority. I guess their money is worth more than mine.

There are a plethora of sushi restaurants nowadays especially in and around the south Eastern area of town, and Inaka Sushi is an OK place to go to. They're located in the very crowded shopping center on the SEC of St Rose Pkwy & Eastern, and the restaurant does not face Easten Avenue, so you'll have to look for it to find them.

The restaurant itself if primarily a sushi bar with some other seating in the restaurant, so it's a little cramped if you ask me. Also, there always something about a sushi restaurant being run by non-Japanese that bothered me as Inaka Sushi is run by Chinese. Nothing against the Chinese, but to me the authenticity of a sushi restaurant is affected when it is Chinese or Korean owned. The fish itself is OK, but I've found that the quality is a lot better at either Sushi-Mon or Koto.

So, if you ask me, I would try the other sushi restaurants in the area instead of making Inaka Sushi your normal hangout.

Everything was great about this business; service, food, and atmosphere. The all-you-can-eat special is phenomenal, nothing beats $20 all-you-can sushi. Add an additional $5 for all-you-can-drunk! :X

PROS: Unlimited food & drink for a low price.
CONS: They kicked me out after an hour and a half of being there.

This is the Best Sushi I have found in all of Vegas. I enjoy the atmosphere and the fresh fish. It is good quality sushi. My favorite dish is the screaming orgasm, which is chunks of tuna and salmon in a special sauce. They also have all you can eat, and they are open between 3-5 which is usually hard to find. I love it there. Check it out.
