So it started with a portly fellow named Don who took my order in the store at the 1965 Broadway location. He was quick to write the order down and when discussing the ship date information he said to expect a call from the delivery service on 12/10/07. It's January 3rd, and no one knows where my order is. They couldnt find my order, but wouldn't let me cancel it. Pottery barn is a joke.

Pottery Barn may be on the expensive side, but the designs are totally worth it. They have some great essential pieces, and have a new line every season so your house can keep up with weather. They also sell some great books on decorating and coloring if you just need a couple of tips but can't afford PB prices.
