The food has been delicious during several visits. Loving the appetizers. Coconut shrimp was perhaps best ever anywhere, and only 8 bucks. Paid WAY MORE than that other places, get dry, crappy coco shrimp, but these were incredible! BTW, I saw another review recently, think somebody with a restaurant up the road is jealous. Made me laugh. The atmosphere here, the VIBE, is definitely good. Lots of teachers, women like to hang here, compared to other "bar scenes" I have noticed. Great food, nice staff, nice clientele, and good prices. Easy to find too. We will always go back. They have entertainment (it's getting changed around, not sure what's next for Saturdays, I hear DJ or Karaoke). Not your average karaoke. They have it every Wednesday, and the wierd Al Yancovic look-alike host does a great job. We have fun watching, and he gets people up there who never thought they would do something like this. The DJ on Friday nights does a good job, hey, it's friday, and it's a DJ. You don't need more than that to kick off the weekend. The bands? Well, a little on the small, and sometimes not so great side, it's local, what can you expect? Sometimes they get good ones, but when it changes every week, how do you know? Anyway, go for the food, stay for the fun!

One of the healthier Mexican restaurants I've been to! Healthy, fresh, and good service. A little on the pricey side for dinner but worth it.

RIPOFF!!! Haven't been here in a number of years because of the slow service and unimaginative food. Because they opened a tapas bar we figured to give it one more chance. Was that a mistake. First we order a pitcher of Sangria. We asked if they had a small, but all they would serve is a large. When the sangria came, it was basically a full pitcher of ice with some red wine and a few pieces of fruit. About 6 scraps of orange and lemon. When I asked about the amount of ice, the waitress said that because they don't put ice in the glass, they put it all in the pitcher.
We ordered the Coco Shrimp for $8 which was 4 shrimp in a breading and some coconut. About the same quality as you would get if you bought them frozen from your grocery store. The Thai Tuna for $10 which was actually good, about 4 or 5 pieces. The Paella Skewers for $10 which were two, yes two skewers with a piece of shrimp, a piece of chicken and a piece of chorizo with some red onions. The total bill came to $66! The sangria (or pitcher of ice with red wine) was $33! When I questioned the waitress about the price of the sangria, she said she only worked there and didn't set the price.
Needles to say this will be the last time at Ole Ole. For true Mexican food with character and a much better atmosphere, try HACIENDA DON MANUEL just up the street. Better food, better sangria and better prices.

My girlfriend and I have gone in here a few times in the past year and we always enjoy it. The service is great and the food is on point every time. We've recently discovered the new Tapas bar they opened next door. It is connected on the inside, but it is very different. It provides for a very nice atmosphere and the different menu makes this place a nice alternative. Everything looked good on the Tapas menu and moderately priced. Plus we like the fact that we can get a bunch of apps instead of 2 entrees for pretty much the same price. We are coming back probably more than we used to. Plus they're hire awesome entertainment. Check plus, not check please.

My husband and I love this restaurant! The food is Mexican without the spiciness of Mexican food. Everything is so fresh unlike traditional Mexican. We've been to other Mexican restaurants and now we've learned our lesson and we won't eat Mexican unless it's Ole Ole! Everything we've ever had there is delicious! We love it. You should try it!

The food isn't the best but it is pretty. The service is good. The prices are generally good. Its close proximity to the movie theater makes it a nice place to go before a movie.
3The food is very good. Not true Mexican cuisine, but delicious nonetheless. The prices are very reasonable for the portions served. Can dine in or take-out. Its a nice atmosphere and a mudslide shot is served up with the check for those of age.
