Drago Shoe Repair Inc

They did a horrible job repairing my shoes one too many times. I thought re-soling a shoe meant putting a new sole on the entire shoe. When I picked up my shoes, they had re-soled half of each shoe and sloppily MELTED the rubber on the rest of the sole to make it meet up properly. It looks terrible and will last about a week on NY streets. I'll have to pay to get the shoes fixed elsewhere because when I complained to the clerk at Drago, he never offered to do the job again properly.

I brought in a pair of suede/shearling gloves that had a hole along the seam. It was a very easy job to fix. I told them I needed them as soon as possible, and they promised them the next morning at 8am. I went to pick them up the next day at 9am, and they had not even started them. Then he took them in the back and sewed the seams all uneven and then used glue along the seam! It totally ruined my $150 gloves! Who uses glue on suede? Also he got glue on the actually glove! Don't' bring anything nice here!

Cons: They do not understand fixing items so they look nice, only for function.
