Radio Shack

I was looking for a part for my older camcorder and could not find it at any of the national chains of electronics store in Lancaster or in Columbus without having to special order it direct from the manufacturer at a cost that had me feeling faint. I finally called Radio Shack as a last resource and much to my surprise, not only did they have the part in stock but for under fifteen dollars. They even had me bring in my camcorder and opened the package in the store, placed it on my equipment, made sure it worded just to make sure it was the exact part I needed before buying it. Excellent service will keep me coming back time and again

PROS: Excellent service, hard to find replacement parts in stock and cheap
CONS: Location

They were very helpful when I was lookiing. Let me take a phone for a day and see if it would work where I needed it. This was reaaly helpful. would go again!
