Buying the hot tub went well, but the service after the sale is sorely lacking. It took them 3 weeks to fix a fuse, which meanwhile, we had record temps of -20 and my hot tub was without power (not my fault). Now, because they took so long to fix it, now the hot tub won't hold water, and they say that's my fault (again, not my fault they took so long to come fix it in the first place). Now it's going to be another 3 weeks until someone can fix the leaks. It really wasn't worth spending $10,000 on this thing, if I get no support from the company. And their attitude about the situation is, "We'll get to you when we get to you." Not recommended.

We bought a spa from Wholesale in Sept 2008, although there was a long lead time, (which was because the manufacturing company was behind - not Wholesale's fault) the tub is awesome!! We love it so much that we also bought a pool from them last summer - very helpful staff. They explained all of the chemicals to me, and helped me vacuum and perform some maintenance on the pool. My neighbor bought a pool from the other company and have had nothing but nightmares! I'm so glad that I made the right choice. Everybody is well trained, and helpful. I've dealt with everyone there and not had a bad experience. The service tech does take alittle while to get out, but he is just one guy servicing the whole state (that's what he told me), and he does good work, and always called me when he said he would. My guess is the person that had the problem wiht clyde must have been one of those naggy on and on kind of people. I have been in customer service all my life and know all about those that just won't listen and folow instructions. My brother bought a pool from them this summer, and he loves them too.

9/20/09 Bought Hot tub at the Fair. Delivered 16 Oct 09. Called 21 Oct. with problems, cloudy,smelly water even with increasing filter time, also; loud noise when turn bubbles off. Damage on shell . Was told I would be called by Rick.Rick never called. Went in to store 24 Oct, talked with Clyde and explaned problems and while I was still talking and asking questions he answered his cell ...I think it was "hello snukums" talked on the phone while I waited, then just wandered away and I hadn't finished asking questions... Glenn at the counter suggested putting in a work order, which I did and when he called Clyde for something about this, clyde(while still on his cell phone call)said rick would call by the end of the week to schedule time to check out hot tub,"He's the expert". Rick never called! Clyde continually cuts you off when trying to speak, he is very disrespectfull and never seems to tell the truth in my experience. I Called back the 28th Oct because had not recieved a call. Spoke with Clyde and told how busy Rick is...I listed to his BS for a while and again told Rick will call. I believe the 2 Nov when I called I spoke to Julian, who assured me it would be taken care of by the end of the week and then he gave the phone to Clyde, with out letting me know I was talking to someone else. Clyde again reassured me (I'm being sarcastic here) Rick would call and be out by the end of the week. 2 different calls Clyde put me on hold to call Rick and let me know he would call me. I have sugar coated the last couple calls. Clyde is rude and talks over me! Today 5 Nov. around 5:40 I was told Rick was about to call me and had like 4 or 5 of my numbers with him and he would call in 10 to 15 mins according to Clyde...I don't have 4 or 5 numbers!! It is 7:00pm and still no call from the elusive Rick.....
PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE A HOTTUB FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!
Unless you enjoy products that don't work and people who don't care whether you get service or not.....

this is not the end, nor have I relayed the rude unbusinesslike remarks I have endured from CLYDE!!!

This is our second hot tub purchase from Wholesale Hot Tubs of OKC within the last 4 years. Our first was damaged from a house fire. On March 6th 2009 we upgraded this time to the Santa Barbara II and before the first time my husband got to use the tub the electronics and pump went out. Once that was fixed the tub sprang a leak and could not be repaired. We were told a new tub would take approximately 4 weeks. Well today is June 20th and it's going to be at least another 7 days (possibly more) before the new tub is in and can be scheduled for delivery. My husband is now scheduled for a major back surgery July 1. He will not be able to use the hot tub for at least 4 months after surgery. Management didn't offer us a loaner nor have they picked up the damaged tub. It's an eye sore sitting on my back porch. We paid $8312.37 for the tub. You'd think they'd appreciate the business but my experience proves otherwise. I wish I could get my money back and I'd definitely use another business provider.

i have purchased 2 hot tubs in the last 15 years from Wholesale hot tubs, both at fair time. i have recently moved and sold mine so i will be in to buy a new one. they are great, prices good, great service and help with problems, of which there are very few. reccomend over anyone else as i have friends with hot tubs from other dealers. you are the Best!!!
