Domestic Aide Of Tulsa

I used Domestic Aide for 1 year and was pleased with the English speaking owner/operators. Their service was wonderful and they really showed an interest in my preferences. I received calls each time they were coming to verify the time and was asked frequently on how the service was.

Sadly, the reason why I finally made the decision to move on to another cleaning service was the language barrier of the Hispanic workers. They were good workers but I became tired of trying to communicate (specifically) on how to make a bed, clean a shower and wipe off perfume bottles. The bottom sheet was sometimes on sideways, the mattress pad was always crumpled up and never straightened, the top sheet was never tucked in at the bottom, which is how I prefer and requested it to be and the blanket was always longer on one side than the other...just simple carelessness or not caring at all. I inevitably had to come in at the end of my busy day and re-do our bed in the master bedroom...hated that.

These issues were relayed to the owner and would be resolved for a few more cleanings and then the issues would return. The owner claimed that the women knew how to speak English. The women always smiled, nodded and answered in one or two word acknowledgments when I would make a request or give an explanation. I wasn't ever sure whether they understood me or were just acting like they did (or didn't). Whatever the case...it cost Domestic Aide a good customer.

This is a highly recommended business for house cleaning and also caregiving services. They have very good prices compared to other places offering the same service. They normally send 2 girls out to clean and they are in and out very fast and you have a clean home. The workers do what you ask them to do. As far as caregiving services they are by the hour and will do what you need them to do, grocery shopping, things of that nature.
