they took 4 1/2 months to repair my work truck, way under bid the rapair, wanted more money, made many promises they didn't keep, and them didn't finish repairs. they may be good at cars, but work trucks, not on your life. terrible

They really did a good job with the dent repair on my car. If I didn't tell you, you would never know I was in an accident. Everything, from the painting to the removal of scratches was done in a way that looks great.

Everything was great because they did what they said they would do, finished on time, and everyone that helped me was polite.

I was in need of a body shop as I had managed to rip the bumper off of my girlfriends car. It was caught around a parking stop and that was that. They were able to fix it the following day. I almost got it back to her before she found out.

This turned out to be a good shop. My insurance sent me here and they were very nice over the phone when I called for updates. I had plenty of chances to speak with them about my cars progress and they were friendly every time.

this was the place my insurance selected for claim repairs. I thought the damage was really bad but they were able to fix it in a weeks time and now you cant tell that anything ever happened.

My car was involved in an accident recently and I took it to Collision King to be repaired. BIG MISTAKE! The work they did was okay at best, and the amount of time it took to fix my car, over a month and a half, was ridiculous. Even though I stressed that it was vital to try and fix it quicker because I was paying for the rental car out of pocket, it still didn't matter. The owner of the shop acted like he was in no hurry what so ever to fix my car because he was going to get paid regardless. I am also pretty sure he inflated his prices some and I probably could have had it fixed somewhere else for a lot cheaper and a lot faster. Don't even take it for minor body work, it will still take them over a month.

I am an ASE certified journeyman body tech.. A friend of mine was recently in a minor rearend collision.. The estimate required very minimal body and paint work equaling just over 4k.. When they went to pick their car up the first time they wanted me to go to assure Collision King did a satisfactory job.. That was not the case!! There were numerous items missing out of their car such as cd's, spare tire!! etc.. The paint work as well as the body work were incomplete. Many things that they missed wet sanding trash out of the paint, painting over all of their primer, very large stress cracks in her decklid, and panels missing paint!!! This is our 4th time back to the shop and the staff was very rude, standing around us staring, talking very rude to us and so on... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE!!! Please take my advice and save yourself the trouble!!
