We have rented under Vicki Berg Properties for 10 years- whenever theres a problem shes prompt on them. Also gives notice for icy weather and has the heat and air serviced every 6 months. Weve been very satisfied renting under her.

I have been a tenant of Vicki Berg for over six years. Vicki is my favorite landlord rating a 10 in my book. My duplex is well cared for, with a regular maintenance schedule which includes mowing. She responds quickly to the few issues Ive had and is always available and cooperative. The four duplexes she owns in my neighborhood have always had very pleasant tenants.

Best of all shes nice.

Vicki has been great with me. The property I rent is extremely well taken care of. Any maintenance issue I have had has been resolved right away. Our air conditioner and furnace was also just replaced and it was done so with a high quality energy efficient Trane XB13 system. There are many cheaper made units out there that she could have opted to install, but she chose one that would also help lower my utility bills and provide more reliability. she also has regularly scheduled maintenance of the furnace, A/c, and has the chimney and dryer exhaust vent inspected and cleaned out each year. In the previous apartments i was living in it was like pulling teeth to get anything done. Not with her. The servicemen she contracts out for the repairs are professional, quick, and perform quality work. If i did need to relocate again, first thing i would do is contact her to see if she had properties that meet my location needs.

I have been renting from Vicki for almost a year now, and intend to do so. She has never been rude to me, nor has anyone in her office. She is down to earth and a straight to the point person. She is realistic and understood that our credit was poor, and seemed to take more into consideration the proof of perfect rent payment record for the 2 years we were at our previous residence.

I have leased property from Vicki Berg - It was a smooth process and very professional. In fact before we did business she gave me advice on a problem I had concerning other property; and at that time every one in the office was helpful and friendly. I would recommend her company to lease from and/or lease your property.

We rented from Vicki Berg for 4 years & loved it. Ms. Berg is very professional and quick to fix any issues that may come up. Her office staff is awesome!
