Absolutely do not support this business!!!!
CI Grill has a contract with Retriever Towing, a company which has hundreds of complaints with the Better Business Bureau, and has been featured on KATU and the Oregonian multiple times for "Predatory Practices". CI Bar & Grill has a contract with Retriever towing and lets the tow company keep surveillance on their lot, and splits commissions on $350.00 tow bills customers are charged. I parked in the lot CI Bar & Grill shares with Juan Colorado. The space where I parked in the lot said "Customers only" not CI Bar & Grill costumers only... I went into Juan Colorado for my take out order, came out 3 minutes later at most, and my car had been towed.
What a terrible way to take advantage of people. I called the Tualatin Police, they said it's a regular occurrence there, and unfortunately there is nothing they can do about it, because it's CI Bar & Grill's property and their free to post the misleading signs in order to profit from towing people.
They should stop stealing peoples money and put "CI Bar&Grill Customer Parking Only" on their signs and instead of misleading "Customer Parking Only" which makes one assume costumers of the neighboring Juan Colorado can park there as well.
Shame on CI Bar and Grill!

The CI Bar used to be a pretty cool place to hear music and have a drink, but the owner has gone completely crazy over his parking lot. He has turned a pack of "Patrol towing" goons loose on his lot and at lunch time they sneak around

This bar has gone downhill drastically over the past few years. The atmosphere of live music, friendly service, and delicious food is GONE! (well except for the delicious food). I have been a customer several times over the past few years, and each time I go the service and atmosphere are less and less pleasing. If you can get over the bad service and poorly designed building layout, then you will probably love the food, that's what kept me coming back.

My latest experience was basically the same as the others just exacerbated to the point where I no longer want to hassle with it. It took over 10 minutes for any type of service whether it be a drink or a fork and napkin to go with your meal.

Overall this place is more trouble than it's worth.

My wife and I have been coming to CI for years, mostly for the live music (which they no longer have), but also for the friendly service.

3 years ago, the evening staff was amazing. It consisted of 3 (maybe 4) girls and the bartender with the tattoos. (he is still there, and is friendly if you can get him involved in a conversation). This staff made an excellent team and worked well together for years. However, since the girls left, they have been through many servers who are nice but lack decent serving skills.

Try not to sit in the blonde's section. Though she is a pretty lady, she has no personality and tends to sour your mood.

All in all, great drinks, mediocre service.

Great food, great service plus great music with never a cover charge. We hang out there often.
