I have taken my cats to Banfield for years and have been very satisfied with their professionalism, genuine care for my pets and the cost. Recently a friend?s cat needed an operation on its tail after an injury, and was surprised to see some poor reviews regarding prices. He called several other vets in the area and found that Banfield was 2-6 times less expensive than the 6 other vets he contacted. I would recommend this veterinarian to anyone.

After adopting a cat from the Humane Society, we found out not only did he need over $500 worth of dental work but that he had a severe heart murmur. The heart murmur could cause him to not wake up after the surgery was done. Dr. Nelson took extra care to watch my cat's breathing while he was under the anesthetic and told billing not to charge us for an office visit. Thank you, Dr. Nelson!

My sister's dog was shot in the head..what could have been a family tragedy thankfully turned into a good day. The folks at Banfield nursed Arbie back to health. They were very caring and made her recovery better, too. They seemed to really care about their jobs and you could tell they really loved animals, too.

PROS: Top notch pet care!
CONS: A little on the expensive side, but well worth it!
