i dont like this place I had some gift card to use and they did not honor it. I spent money I didn't have for a birthday present to myself from my friend. I am on a limited income now i'm strapped for the whole month. thank you very much.!!!

Not only are they over priced but I was told by an employee over the phone that I had $100 in gift cards to spend. I treated my sister in law and myself to a pedicure ($50 each and not any different than going to Star Nails). When we went up front to pay I was told I only had $25 in gift cards. I called the manager and she said it was my fault that I didn't look into it more. She offered me a $10 gift card. Yeah right. I told her to keep her gift card and that I am never coming back. Over priced and rude.

My sister and her little girl went to Russells for a day of mother daughter pampering before my sisters wedding, they both had so much fun and my little niece looked absolutely adorable in her updo, my sister (the bride) had everything done, including perfectly applied pro wedding makeup that held up for the wedding photo's 6 hours later. I would rate this company 5 Stars!!

I went in for a few pedicures while I was pregnant (and couldn't reach my feet) - this place was great. I have tried pedicures at other salons and I have to say that this place is the best by far. It's a little expensive but worth it for a treat. I haven't had any of their other services...yet.

Russells Salon and Day Spa is awesome. Not only do they have a great day spa setup they are also very giving. They have given great discounts and donations to an organization that I am in. I would recommend them to anyone wanting or "needing" a spa treatment!

So you want the full package, this is the place to go. There is a great atmosphere and everyone is very nice. You will be as relaxed as possible after going to Russell's. The pricing is about average for what you get. This is well worth the money, highly recommended. Also would work great for a suprise gift for someone special.

In my experience, this salon is only OK. I went in there to get my haircut because they are conveniently located in the Winco parking lot. I was not overly pleased with the hair dresser. I didn't feel like she understood at all what I was asking her to do. I have not been back.
