I have been using Gym Source for many years. I have never had a bad experience with their sales or delivery department. In fact, whenever I purchase anything from Gym Source, I am always offered a discount which is surprisingly lower than any other company.

I also know that Gym Source Guarantees the best price on any equipment from any authorized dealer. It is very possible that the person who wrote the review found it for cheaper from a discount outlet - the problem is that they are not authorized to sell nor service the equipment (much the same as buying a discount watch online).

All-in-all, I would highly recommend Gym Source to anyone looking for excellent customer service, and the top-rated equipment.

Bought a treadmill from them and they overcharged me for it (found it cheaper) and they sold me. Home model when I wanted one like at my gym. I feel like I got scammed. Buyer beware.
