This is the best place to go in the city to have your film scanned. Several very good photographers have recommended this place to me and I have been very happy with the service.
4Phila. Photographics is one of the last professional film labs in the city. They're a no-nonsense 2nd-floor walk-up, run by a pair of men who bring their pet parakeets to work, no joke.
Fast turnaround time, very good processing on 120/220 film, but I've been warned that their sheet film processing results in slightly uneven development around the edges.
Great pricing if you use their web-uploading system (download the software, don't use the web interface -- you get better prints) and they do a good job at matching colors if you use their profile.
Rock on, Jack and Jim.

I heard that they have possibly the best black and white/color printer in the world. His world renowned skills breathes life into the photographic process. absolutely sumptious.
Oh, watch out for the birds.
This is a place to come. Sadly there used to be more labs in the city, but this is only few standing.
Their service is reasonable and quality of work is good. I would only comment that they need a decent machine to process sheet films anything from 4x5 to 8x10. I had some quality issue there.
Otherwise this is a great local lab to come by.
