Panera Bread

This is a great place to eat. They have a great selection of soups and sandwiches. The service is quick, especially if your there for lunch. The prices are very reasonable.

My lunch date at Panera Bread was quite a surprise. The atmosphere was bustling but not overwhelming. You could tell the regular customers from the novices like myself. After my friend arrived we ordered our lunch. While waiting for her I had eyed the Tomato soup and Tuna salad sandwich on a board at the front door.So I ordered it. Let me say that I was pleasantly and greatly surprised with the taste and texture of the soup with Asiago cheese croutons...Yummmy. (That could be a meal in itself) And the half a tuna sandwich on whole grain bread was better than Mom's. I was not pleased with the lemonade, it was too tart for my tongue, but for some it may be just right. I love the fact that Panera offers Wi-Fi to go along with your meal.I also love the fact that nothing is fried or served in a cardboard box. The menu choices were just enough. The healthiness of the choices ranged from Really healthy to moderately healthy.I will return Panera Bread to feast on your healthiness and write another review in my laptop.

The food is fine. If you get a peanut butter and jelly for junior though, make sure you ask for a knife. It has always been glopped on quite carelessly. Cashiers are friendly. I always want to tell the manager to take a breath though. Stressed out and it spreads like a virus. Between barking out food orders that haven't been retrieved yet (probably due to the pagers not working 1/2 the time) or making snide comments about employees, you just want to get to your table..fast. That's not always an easy thing to do. The lay-out necks down at the pick-up counter. At busy times this can feel a bit like being in a cattle chute. Especially with the drink dispensers at this end too. I guess that's corporates problem. For a quick bite that isn't a greasy burger and a bag of starch, it works.

Panera is a great place to get a good sandwich. They are offered on a wide variety of breads and stuffed full of your choice of meat. Eat in area not very private. Store has always been clean. Never leave without checking out their baked goods. Great selection. Soup and half sandwich is always filling.

Panera bread has all kinds of exotic Deli Sandwiches. You can choose your own bread. Anything from Pumpernickel to Rye to Marble. Sandwiches are made to order. Nice atmosphere. Fountain sodas. Sandwiches here are made to order. You can made any changes you want to the items they have. Enjoy!
